Getting a professional website for your business shouldn't be complicated. Here's a step-by-step breakdown of how we work together—from your first message to your site going live.

The Process

Get In Touch

The first step is reaching out. You can contact me through:

Submitting a request through your account (if you've already signed up)

Tell me a little about your business and what you're looking for. Don't worry if you're not sure exactly what you need—that's what the next step is for.

We Discuss Your Needs

Once you reach out, we'll have a conversation about your business. I'll ask questions like:

What does your business do?
Who are your customers?
Do you have a logo, photos, or content ready?
Do you need a domain name or professional email?

Based on our conversation, I'll recommend a plan that fits your needs—or provide a custom quote if your project requires something unique.

Submit Your Request

📋 Pending

Once you've decided on a plan, head to the Pricing page and select your packages. You'll fill out a brief form with details about your project and submit a request.

At this point, your request status will show as Pending while I review the details.

Building Your Website

🔨 In Progress

This is where the magic happens. Once I begin working on your project, the status changes to In Progress.

During this phase, we'll communicate back and forth as I build your site. You'll be able to:

Review progress and provide feedback
Send over any additional content or photos
Request changes or adjustments

We'll keep refining until you're completely happy with your website.

Review & Sign the Contract

📝 Ready to Purchase

Once you've approved the final design, I'll attach a contract to your request. The contract covers:

📄 What's in the Contract

Ownership: You are purchasing the rights to the website (the software) I've built for you
Hosting Services: I will host and maintain the website on your behalf using that software
Terms of Service: Details about maintenance, support, and what's included

After you review and sign the contract, your status will change to Ready to Purchase.

Your contract will appear as an attachment on your request

Make Your Payment

💳 Paid

Once the contract is signed, you'll complete your payment. After payment is confirmed, your status updates to Paid.

Now it's time to go live!

Launch & Setup

✅ Complete

After payment, I'll handle all the technical setup:

Publishing your website to your chosen domain name
Setting up your professional email (if included in your plan)
Configuring analytics so you can track visitors
Final testing to make sure everything works perfectly

Once your site is live and everything is configured, your status changes to Complete. 🎉

After Launch: Ongoing Support
